Employers and employees alike pay a high price for alcohol and drug abuse. Some of these costs are obvious ones, including increased absences, accidents and errors. Others may be more hidden, such as personal issues, low morale and other health issues. Both the employer and the employee can play a part in protecting the workplace from alcohol and drug abuse by providing education about its dangers and by encouraging individuals with alcohol and drug problems to seek help.

Colleen Wienhoff will be sharing information with you on how to develop, implement and maintain a drug free workplace program. Discussion topics will include company drug policies, the responsibilities and advantages associated with testing your employees and more.
